1932 Packard Deluxe Eight Sport Phaeton
Thursday December 22, 2016
Every week we ask for our Facebook fans to submit photos of their vehicles for Collector Car Wednesday. It’s a great way to show off your pride and joy, and a great way to educate our customers on what could qualify as a Collector Car. This week, we had many great submissions, including a 1955 Ford Thunderbird, ’69 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and several Corvettes.
This 1964 Impala is a great example of a well cared for collector vehicle. The ’64 Impala had many engine choices, from the base 230cc I6 making 140hp, all the way up to the 409cc 340hp V8. Prices ranged from $2,671 for the I6 four-door sedan to the most expensive two-door convertible Impala SS at $3,304. To upgrade an SS from a I6 to a V8 cost $108.
Many thanks to all who sent in a vehicle. Follow us on Facebook using the buttons at the top of the page, and look for our post next week on Wednesday to submit your photos!
